BUSINESS EXCELLENCE RECOGNISED
A few short years and a lot of hard work has led to Fennell West being recognised for business excellence at a recent awards ceremony in Melbourne.
Directors Shane West and Ryan Fennell were presented with Garvan Financial Planning’s 2017 Business Excellence Award on Thursday.
Not yet three years old, Fennell West has grown from two employees to a team of 12 and Ryan said that growth had contributed to the award success.
“The award recognises our business in a number of areas and it was nice recognition in front of our Adviser Network from right across Victoria and Tasmania,” he said.
“The judges took into account factors that included business growth, client satisfaction and industry best practice.”
Shane said the award demonstrated that the business had managed its rapid growth well and had maintained, at all times, its core focus on client relationships and outcomes.
“We’re really proud that we have been able to help more and more people in the region while continuing to deliver on our commitment to maintain a personal service,” he said.
“One of our focuses from the outset in 2015 was to make sure that our clients had real relationships with their financial adviser. We didn’t want our planned growth to diminish the one-on-one, personal service that we pride ourselves on.”
