Ryan has been involved in the Financial Planning industry for more than 12 years and started Fennell West back in 2015.

Ryan enjoys the variety the role of Financial Adviser brings, from helping a couple plan for their first baby and the impact on household income, through to someone planning for retirement or even putting a loved one into care. He enjoys working with people to achieve their goals whilst navigating the complexities of different life stages and living their best life along the way.

Outside of Fennell West, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Alicia, and daughters Daisy and Pollyanna and son Otis. Running is also a passion, Ryan loves to get out and pound the pavement and believes running is not only vital to his physical health, but his mental health also. Ryan is an active and loyal Member of the South Colac Sports club, where he has played since 2005 and taken roles of Vice President, President and Football Manager over the years.

He is currently studying his Master of Financial Planning with Deakin University, another bucket list item that he hopes to complete in late 2021.

Whilst he can’t remember who told him, the pieces of advice Ryan lives his life by are “To be calm is contagious” and “You should sweat like you are being chased by the police daily”.
