David joined the Fennell West team as an Associate Adviser in February 2016 and within two years he became Practice Manager which involves working closely with both advisers and clients to ensure their goals are met.
He enjoys being part of a close-knit team where maintaining a local focus is the objective, which is important to him being born and bred in Colac. David is involved in his local community as a committee member of the Colac Football Netball Club, as well as the Irrewarra Cricket Club.
David has been a part of the Financial Services industry for over eight years, where he has also spent some of this time specialising as a Risk Adviser.
Having obtained a Diploma in Financial Planning, he has intentions of completing further study at some stage in the future.
David says the best piece of advice he has been given was “Make sure you marry someone who can cook”. He is happy to report that he took this advice as his wife Shannyn is a great cook!
