Well-known local identity Jane Vaughan has joined the team at Fennell West – filling a new role as Finance Associate.
The mother of three has experience in the banking sector as well as business administration and hospitality.
She said the opportunity to join the Fennell West team stemmed from her family being a client of the business’s popular Cash Flow Program.
With six-year-old twin sons Rupert and Percy and three-year-old daughter Audrey, Jane said managing the family’s household budget had not always been so easy.
“My husband Stephen and I started seeing Shane (West) a few years ago to get our finances on track. I’m happy to say that the Cash Flow Program has been one of the best things we’ve done for our family,” she said.
“Fennell West have helped us be more accountable with our money and to manage our cash flow in a way that allows us to stress less and enjoy ourselves more.
“I’m really excited by the opportunity to work here and to coordinate the finance and lending activities to help take pressure off families like mine – and businesses as well.”
Director Shane West said Jane brought a valuable perspective and skills to the role.
“There’s no doubt that families in particular can relate to Jane as a young mum, with twins who had some cash flow challenges to overcome,” he said.
“On top of her personal experiences though, Jane has really valuable practical skills that she has developed working closely with clients in her bank roles.
“She was also the general manager and treasurer of the Terang Mortlake Football Netball Club for a couple of years. She will be a valuable asset to our lending and finance work.”
